Liberia-flagged oil tanker spills cargo near China

A Liberian-flagged oil tanker has spilled some of its cargo into the sea after colliding with another ship near the Chinese port of Qingdao.

It is not yet known how much oil has been leaking out of the Liberia- flagged tanker, A Symphony, which can carry a million barrels of crude.

There are no reports of injuries among crew members of either ship involved in the collision.

The port of Qingdao on the Yellow Sea is one of the world's 10 busiest seaports.
