Real Madrid Consider Record Mbappé Bid

Spanish giants Real Madrid are reportedly considering a bid for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) striker Kylian Mbappé in January, in what would be a word-record breaking €400 million deal.

The French international is the most prized commodity in world football, having already won 3 Ligue 1 titles, been nominated for the Ballon d’Or and won the World Cup, during which he became the first teenager to score in the final since Pelé in 1958.

In just 104 league matches he’s already scored 67 goals and provided 31 assists.

The 20-year old was previously linked with a move to Los Blancos when he was at Monaco, but instead opted to stay in France, moving to league rivals PSG on a season-long loan before the move was made permanent a year later.

His €135 million price tag remains the second highest in football history, only eclipsed by his Brazilian team-mate at PSG, Neymar.

But if Real Madrid get what they want, then Mbappé’s €400 million will be almost double that of Neymar’s €222 million.
